Founder & Managing Principal

Bruce founded CBK more than 35 years ago on a single conviction: that real estate is a relationship business before it is a capital business. He has led the acquisition, repositioning and long-term ownership of multifamily assets across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles, guiding the platform through multiple market cycles without a forced sale.

Justin Boisvert

Justin leads acquisitions, underwriting and investor relationships. He is the primary point of contact for CBK's curated investor group, structuring each participation so that sponsor and investor economics move together.

Christina Boisvert

Founder & Principal, Asset & Property Management

Christina oversees CBK's in-house property management and capital improvement execution. Her team controls renovation scope, vendor selection and resident experience directly, which is how CBK verifies that every dollar of investor capital is spent deliberately.
